Target Introduction: 3-Indolelactic Acid (ILA)
3-Indolelactic Acid (ILA) is a key microbial metabolite derived from tryptophan, playing a significant role in the gut-brain axis, immune modulation, and metabolic homeostasis. Precise measurement of ILA is essential for research in microbiome studies, inflammatory diseases, neuroimmunology, and metabolic disorders.
Yanda Bio’s Mouse 3-Indolelactic Acid (ILA) ELISA Kit is engineered to deliver accurate and consistent results for this important biomarker. As a dedicated manufacturer with an extensive portfolio of over 6,000 detectable targets and established collaborations with more than 60 universities, we specialize in providing robust, cost-effective Mouse ELISA Kit solutions to accelerate scientific discovery.
Superior Value: Premium Components, Direct Pricing
A critical factor in ELISA performance is the quality of the core reagents—specifically, the antibodies and the solid phase. High-priced kits often excel due to high-activity antibodies and superior plate binding capacity.
Our Quality Promise: We utilize high-affinity antibodies sourced from leading US suppliers, matching the quality of premium brands. Furthermore, we employ high-binding-capacity microplates to ensure optimal adsorption of capture antibodies, maximizing assay consistency. Our optimized ELISA Kit production process integrates these premium materials into a streamlined, low-cost ELISA Kit model, delivering exceptional performance without the premium price tag.
Two Optimized Formats for Every Research Need
To accommodate diverse experimental requirements, we offer this assay in two specialized configurations.
Format 1: Standard Performance Kit
Designed for reliable, high-value routine analysis. This kit features a simplified one-step incubation, enabling simultaneous antigen binding. A proprietary diluent effectively minimizes interference from common sample matrix components (e.g., hemoglobin, lipids), ensuring low background and high reproducibility. With a proven track record of >99% success rate in validated applications, it represents our most accessible pricing tier.
- Typical Price: Approximately $120 (retail). Under $100 per kit for wholesale or bulk orders.
Format 2: High-Sensitivity Kit
Developed for demanding applications involving low-abundance targets or scarce, precious samples. This format employs a biotinylated recombinant monoclonal antibody (purity >95%) paired with a high-activity Streptavidin-HRP conjugate (≥500 U/mg). This advanced system provides significant signal amplification, effectively mitigates matrix effects, and is designed to ensure success in critical, one-attempt experiments.
Choosing the Right Format:
- Select Format 1 for cost-effective, reliable quantification of ILA in standard research settings with sufficient sample volume.
- Select Format 2 when studying trace levels, working with limited or irreplaceable samples, or when maximum detection sensitivity is paramount.
Assay Principle
This kit is based on a solid-phase sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) principle. The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse ILA. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, and any ILA present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After washing, an HRP-conjugated detection antibody is added. Following another wash step, TMB substrate is added. The enzyme-catalyzed reaction produces a blue color that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution. The optical density (OD) measured at 450nm is proportional to the concentration of ILA in the sample.
