Why Choose Yanda Bio’s Rat NFL ELISA Kit?
- Unbeatable Price Advantage: We are the source factory. Our standard human ELISA kits are retail-priced at ~$120, with bulk order rates under $100. Enjoy genuine cost savings without compromising quality.
- Professional Testing Service Included: Purchase any Yanda Bio ELISA kit and benefit from our complimentary professional assay service. Simply send your samples. We initiate experiments within 24 hours of sample receipt and deliver results in as fast as 5 working days.
- Comprehensive Data Delivery: Receive a complete data package including raw data, concentration calculation tables, and standard curve graphs for transparent and publication-ready results.
- Dual-Format Kit Options for Flexible Needs:
- Standard Format: Features a one-step co-incubation process where the antigen simultaneously binds to the solid-phase antibody and enzyme-labeled antibody. The unique dilution buffer effectively reduces interference from substances like hemoglobin and lipids, minimizing background noise and ensuring optimal binding.
- High-Sensitivity Format: Utilizes high-purity (>95%) biotinylated recombinant monoclonal antibodies paired with Streptavidin-HRP conjugates (activity ≥500 U/mg) for significant signal amplification. This format directly minimizes matrix effects and maximizes specificity for challenging samples.
- Trusted by Academia: We are proud to collaborate with over 70 universities worldwide, who rely on our reagents for their critical research.
Our Service Commitment:
- Custom ELISA Kit Development: We offer tailored ELISA kit development services to meet your specific research requirements.
- Citation Incentive: Publish your research citing the use of our Rat NFL ELISA Kit and linking to our website, and we will reward you with a free standard ELISA kit of your choice.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand firmly behind our products. If the kit does not perform as specified, we offer a no-questions-asked replacement or refund. Our dedicated support team provides a concrete solution within 24 hours of any inquiry.

Calculation of results
1. This standard curve is used to determine the amount in an unknown sample. The standard curve is generated by plotting the average O.D. (450 nm) obtained for each of the six standard concentrations on the vertical (Y) axis versus the corresponding concentration on the horizontal (X) axis.
2. First, calculate the mean O.D. value for each standard and sample. All O.D. values, are subtracted by the mean value of the zero standard before result interpretation. Construct the standard curve using graph paper or statistical software.
3. To determine the amount in each sample, first locate the O.D. value on the Y-axis and extend a horizontal line to the standard curve. At the point of intersection, draw a vertical line to the X-axis and read the corresponding concentration.
4. Any variation in operator, pipetting and washing technique, incubation time or temperature, and kit
age can cause variation in result. Each user should obtain their own standard curve.
5. The sensitivity by this assay is 0. 1pg/ mL
